What DREAM-GLOBAL Learned From the People Using the Technology

An mHealth system can have a sound clinical theory and still fail if readings do not transmit, messages confuse users or community workers cannot fit the technology into ordinary care. The system recorded 2,818 readings from 243 Canadian participants and 1,165 readings from 130 Tanzanian participants; 97% of surveyed participants said they would recommend the programme. The paper separates feasibility, acceptability and workflow performance from the distinct question of comparative clinical effectiveness.
